I use assessment tools like CliftonStrengths, DISC, and Belbin to help professionals to be more self-aware and reflect on their leadership styles and team management styles. With additional expertise in facilitation, training, group coaching and microlearning, I work with leaders to run workshops, issue discussions, group coaching and develop microlearning modules.
